B.5.6 在宅リハビリテーション
リハビリテーションの専門職が患者の自宅を訪問し、生活の場で訓練や指導を行う方法である。通常のケア（リハビリテーションなし、または限られたもの）との比較と、病院・施設などのセンターで行うリハビリテーションとの比較がある。
