B.1.3.21 バクロフェン髄注療法（ITB）
ポンプを体内に植え込み、脊髄の周りの髄液にバクロフェンを持続的に注入して痙縮を抑える治療である。内服で効果が不十分な重度・広範な痙縮に用いる。
