    A.3　多くのカテゴリーをまとめて覆う尺度

    1つの尺度で Rehabilitation Set の多くのカテゴリーを覆えるものがある。これらを組み合わせると、少ない手間で多くのカテゴリーに数値の根拠をつけられる。例えば FIM（または BI）、WHODAS 2.0（または PROMIS-29）、10m 歩行テスト、6分間歩行試験、Berg Balance Scale、握力、痛みの NRS を組み合わせると、表 A-2・A-3 で一致が ◎ のカテゴリーのほとんどに根拠がつく。残るカテゴリーは評価点で直接つける。

    WHODAS 2.0[7] d4（立位・立ち上がり・屋内外の移動・長い距離の歩行）、d5（洗体・更衣・食事）、d640、d850、d7（人との交わり・性的活動） PRO WHO が ICF に合わせて作った。疾患によらない 心身機能は測らない。カテゴリーより粗い領域の単位で答える
    PROMIS-29[8][9] b130（疲労）、b134、b152（不安・抑うつ）、b280（強さと生活への支障）、身体機能（d4・d5）、社会的役割への参加 PRO 同じ項目バンクの他の尺度と同じ物差しで比べられる[8] 米国で作られた。国によって翻訳版の整い方に差がある
    Lawton IADL[10] d470、d570（服薬）、d640（調理・買い物なども含む） PRO／ClinRO 短く、高齢者で広く使われる 0/1 の粗い採点
    Frenchay Activities Index[11] d470、d640、d850、d920（調理・屋外歩行なども含む） PRO 脳卒中後の生活の活動を広く覆う 脳卒中で作られた。頻度を問うため実行状況を測る
